My previous kenmore crushed ice for 14 yrs. there is a humming sound that is irritating and does a cycle from time to time that will wake you up out of you sleep. Not very pleased with this unit

Without a complete kitchen overall, this refrigerator was the largest we could get in this space. The height is perfect -- allowing us room to fit the extra gallons of milk, iced tea, leftovers, and more. The freezer is fairly spacious also. It has all the bells and whistles we want (filtered water and ice in the door; storage bin, adjustable shelves, etc.) The design finish looks really nice -- very family friendly (a.k.a. little fingerprints aren't constantly smudging!) GE is a brand we've been able to trust. We also appreciated finding it at the best price at our local Best Buy. We received great customer service at the time of sale and with installation.
