    Led went out at 14 months and no help from GE. I spent hours on the phone with GE and absolutely nobody was a helpful. I finally open the case with them and I have spent over 20 hours on the phone and have never reached anyone to fix the issue or to see what they will do. I gave up

    Loud revving noise, can't recommend it

    Maybe at some point it will be resolved but today will be the third time I've had GE Appliance service out to the house to do warranty work on this refrigerator. It makes a very loud revving sound when the door has been opened long enough to put groceries away (meaning not all that long). The first trip they reseated a fan motor. The 2nd trip they replaced a fan blade. The noise has returned every time although this last time it doesn't seem to happen as much. Not sure what they'll do this trip but we're getting close to having the fridge for a year at which point it will be out of warranty. I'm just hoping they can find the real problem before the warranty expires. Dealing with GE warranty service is no walk in the park, but that's a separate issue.

    Its okay was disappointed that the filters were not the same that the website say it was the only reason why i bought it was because it said it used the same ones as my old refrigerator uses.

    Not happy at all. After waiting 5 weeks for delivery I have to have a service call on the freezer after only having it installed 2 weeks ago!

    The freezer side light never worked. Sfter many tech visits and parts changed the light never worked.

    Great fridge, lousy ice maker.

    I went through two of these refrigerators and the ice makes loud noises that lasts for about 30 minutes. You can't fully turn off the ice machine. Everything else is fine with the fridge.

    Buy this fridge if you love wasting money, both on the fridge and food you’ll be throwing away. My wife and I bought this fridge as we thought a GE product would work well. Low and behold, it does not. We have the temp set to 34 and multiple thermometers constantly show ABOVE 42 degrees. We’ve even tested the temp per GE’s instructions and still get temps between 43 and 45. These temps are being taken first thing in the morning (after being left in the fridge overnight). We’ve had GE out twice to “service” the fridge, with nothing more being done other than being told “we’ll, the computer says nothing is wrong”. I’m at the point of taking a hit to sell this fridge at a loss and buy ANYTHING else besides a GE product.
