Purchased this refrigerator when our old one went out. Very nice fridge, everything works well, has everything on it we was looking for. Love the water dispenser inside the fridge.

Replaced a 15 year old Amana single door, freezer drawer under w/inside water dispenser and ice maker. This GE fridge feels really flimsy comparitively and the water dispenser only gives 12 oz. of cold water (the Amana gave at least a quart). I find the french doors to be less convenient and the shelves feel cheap. Also the top drawer of the freezer comes out with the bottom compartment when you pull it open and you have to push it back every time to access the lower compartment. Super irritating. I actually tried to find a single door fridge like my old one but none had an inside water dispenser. If I was to do it again I would get a single door lower freezer Kenmore and forego the water dispenser.

Really like the refrigerator the water dispenser is on the inside which is weird but works well

We needed a refrigerator that fit in a specific size space and I wanted one with French doors and a freezer drawer. I’m not a fan of water and ice in the door, and this particular refrigerator has filtered water inside. It is perfect for our family. We are extremely satisfied with our choice. The team that delivered and set it up was very professional and efficient. We have no complaints and would absolutely recommend this refrigerator and the delivery and setup service!

I feel very fortunate to get a refrigerator period. Best Buy was the only retailer who could supply one in a timely manner. The unit also functions very well.

Its is the one my wife wanted, in the 33 inch size this one check the boxes, it is all my wife was looking for.

This was purchased in July 2017. Since our purchase, Geek Squad has been over to our place seven (7) times. The first two were to replace the fan (in the freezer) and the thermostat. The fan was running loud and the back panel of the freezer was frosted over. Replacing the fan has resulted in no frost on the back panel. The other five trouble calls were to replace the damper valve (the valve to control the flow of cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator). This valve would stick either shut or open resulting in uneven temperatures in the refrigerator. While we have had problems, we like the product and suspect that we received a lemon.

Looks great, great size, love how bright the inside is. Only downfall is the doors are so loud when opening and closing. Same with the freezer draw

So far so good. Works great. No issues. Chose GE over Samsung because Samsung refrigerators look nice but break frequently and their parts take time to come in.

Very well laid out with adjustable glass shelves. The bottom freezer takes getting used to but holds more than it seemed at first.

This is a good refrigerator it is just louder than what we were used too with our pervious refrigerator. It is not obnoxiously pound though.

Love the ice and water maker but I wish you could use the water one handed

Very good fridge. Exceeded my expectations. Very roomy and everything is perfectly chilled to accommodate the type of food simultaneously.

I can't speak too much to this refrigerator since I do not have first hand experience with it. It was purchased for a rental and we have not heard any negative feedback on it now that it has been installed for 3 months. I looked at it in a different store since Best Buy did not have it on floor and it seemed very solid. Most fridges these days look the same inside and this was no different. LED lighting was a plus and doors closed and held seal solidly. We didn't want an external ice and water dispenser so this fridge fit the bill for this aspect and size of opening we have.

Only complaint so far is that it is very sensitive to finger prints. But of course, it is stainless steel.

very good, a lot of room. overall, a very good french door refrigerator if you dont need ice and cold water dispenser.

We've had this refrigerator for two & a half years now and it's been plagued with issues. Shortly after we purchased it, the door alarms would go off constantly. It turned out that the door sensor had gone bad. At the same time we noticed that all of our ice was constantly melting, which turned out to be a bad gasket on the freezer door. The warranty covered both of those repairs since they occurred in the first year. After the warranty had expired the door handle came off the bottom freezer, I could fix that myself. Now we have an issue with food freezing in the refrigerated section. I will never buy a GE product again.

I am loving my new refrigerator! It’s so roomy! Love the ice cubes and the filter is great. I don’t like Our water but with this filter, I am using the ice!
