In the freezer compartment, the ice maker bucket does take up a good bit of space and could have been a bit smaller. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator is a poor design, as the water comes out very slowly and the door has to hang open.

I wouldn't suggest buying this model

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I had to return it, the freezer drawer is a challenge to keep closed because it would just not keep good suction to keep it tightly closed and it kept melting the ice cubes together. It runs pretty loud. The vegetable and beverage drawers are so flimsy and there is nothing sturdy about them. The price was not bad, but as that saying goes..."you get what you pay for"

Also, the water dispenser is inside the refrigerator. These features make for a cleaner look to the doors and should reduce maintenance over the years. The doors are sturdy and there is ample room inside both the refrigerator and freezer. Great buy!

Sharp Looking GE Refrigerator!

It’s a perfect counter length that looks very sharp. The water dispenser is tucked away inside leaving a spotless clean look on the front of the doors. The freezer is a nice size with an ice maker that fairly quiet. LOVE IT!!
