Metal screws hold a thin plastic u shaped guard that holds door handle. Tried calling Best Buy repair. On hold for 30 minutes and second time 35 minutes. No small children in house to abuse door just me. Very cheap design.

And I have kids so that really sucks. Also it’s kind at difficult to access the water with it being inside the fridge on the wall. Barely sticks out so the door has to be opened all the water. A bit if a pain. Wouldn’t do it again.

First the handles to the doors were very difficult to lock in. Second the freezer door is already squealing when you open and close it. Lastly the motor sounds like it's struggling and makes a bit of a humming sound.

The drinking water from the fridge is not very cold since it's coming from a fridge. The drawers in the freezer portion is loud also. Seems like they could be more heavy duty. I like the temp controls and the space and drawers in side the fridge.

Since I am a short person, the bottom freezer makes it easy for me to reach all the items stored in it. I also love the location of the large capacity ice maker. The upper refrigerator portion is very roomy and the adjustable shelves make storage of larger containers convenient. The stainless steel doors have a great look and gives the kitchen a great update.

I like that the ice and water are internal and not an unsightly mess on the front door. It give it a very clean look. However, the water button is hard to hold down. Otherwise I would give it an Excellent rating. It is very quiet.
