I had problems with this refrigerator twice within 15 months. I asked for replacement and Geek Squad sending a technician to fix it. Can you imagine you paid $1900.00 for a refrigerator then you have a problem twice within 15 months periods. The ice machine keeps making ice even the ice machine switch is off! Very frustrating and disappointed. Not sure how many times I have to call next couple of years for this junky?.

The delivery guys and installers were friendly and explained things about our new refrigerator. The only problem we have had is the ice maker is not making ice. GE is sending out a repairman to look at it.

Lower drawers don’t always slide smoothly. Fit and finish decent but lower quality than similar Kitchenaid but understandable given price difference
