The installation from IMI was a terrible experience. The installer complained for the 2 and a half hours it took that he "hated this model". He even left out a few parts, such as the floor protector pan. It never worked properly, dishes remained dirty and wet even after 3 hrs. We had to return this item and call several times to get a refund. We blame the installers, not Best Buy which I always have trusted.

Leaked from circulating pump after just two years. Door trim piece never fit right. Did a good job of cleaning, but clearly designed for a short lifespan.

This dishwasher is actually one step above the GE dishwasher I had at my previous house. This one has the stainless steel interior - last one didn't. That's the only difference. Last one cleaned great. This one will not greasy dishes clean..even with heat boost on. Very disappointing.

Not installed yet so no rating yet. Is part of new construction.

The delivery communication with Best Buy is lacking to say the least. The product is just ok. Not worth the hefty price tag. Overall the dishwasher washes dishes.

The first 2 dishwashers were delivered severely dented on the front panel. The packaging was fine. No tears or damage to the boxes. Corporate Best buy customer service was of no help. It took the local store employees to get a good dishwasher delivered.

Everything was fine. I had a GE before and last me 10 years. It stared not to clean right anymore and wanted another GE. I got this dishwasher and 4 months later it stoped draining water. Not a good start I am glad I have purchase the warranty but this should have not happened. Guess it’s true. They don’t make them like they use too :(

Lasted less than 2 years. Piece of sh#!. Dont buy any GE appliances ever.

Started leaking after 3 years. Cheap plastic tubing

Decided on this unit because came with good ratings and was white, and close to style needed. A whole lot more expensive than other units but believed ratings. It doesn't clean anything. We have to scrub all dishes before using this unit. Tried suggested soap as well as a bunch of others. It's a joke. Would send it back if I could.

we bought this model for finish the the recessed handle and it has been a disappointment. It does not clean as well as our old model. the exhaust fan at the end of the cycle is louder then when the machine runs. The spacing in the racks make it hard to load. And worst of all, 3 months in, a piece of the door broke off.

This is the worst dishwasher i have bought. It doesn’t clean anything the way it should. It also lacks many features i would expect to be standard for the price point. I would not recommend this dishwasher if you want your dishes to be clean i have never been so disappointed in a product.

Pump went out 1 1/2 years after purchase. Very disappointing.

3 years, serviced twice at 160 and 234. Don’t know if others are any better but add in repairs and purchase price and installation probably should have purchased replacement. Plus the little metal border around the controls fell off the unit. I am aware that nothing lasts anymore but this is ridiculous. 5 years ownership without repairs too much to ask for. Will not repair again if it breaks again. Expected better, not satisfied.would. It repurchase. Perhaps used appliances should be the way to go.

Our dishwasher went out on a random evening in the middle of the week. It was simple to jump online a few hours later and purchase with the help of Online Chat having a few questions. To sum things up, we bought this dishwasher based on the GE Brand, the Price and the low profile look. Although not part of the Profile Series, this dishwasher looks great installed. It washes dishes well, has a nice bottle jet function for water bottles and is VERY quiet. Upon purchasing online, delivery and installation was FREE with installation BUT it was going to take 2 weeks until we could make an appointment due to the busy season. With in store pick-up being only 2 days and having installed appliances in the past (washer, dryer, refridgerator) I decided to take the risk. In my opinion, having a busy work and family life, it is worth waiting the two weeks to save on time and head ache, especially if you're a beginner.

Wow, this thing is quiet, does an amazing job and looks great. My old GE DW was plastic tub and after a while it wasn’t so good. This one is amazing. Takes a little longer but run it while you’re sleeping and you would never know.

I’ve replaced two circuit boards due to water intrusion. One company recalled theirs because of this. NOT GE. I’ve replace the control board and door latch mechanism. Luckily my husband can do the labor or it would have cost me hundreds of dollars. Maybe over $1000. Everything breaks after the warranty is up. Maybe three years? I paid for extra warranty which didn’t help me, This is used about 6 months per year if that and for two or three times per month. DONT buy . Even if they gave me one for free, I would say NO. The company doesn’t care. I am in the process of BBB help.

It's very quiet, sometimes I have to check if it's running. It has a lot of the features I was looking for in a dishwaher! Don't be deceived by its seemingly smaller look as it actually holds a lot!
