I paid for the dishwasher in August, waited 5 weeks for my dishwasher to be installed. The dishwasher that was delivered was defective right out of the box. The delivery person said that they would get a new one delivered & contact us. It's been 3 weeks. It's now November. I haven't heard a peep from Best Buy and can't get their attention. Thanksgiving is just around the corner -- the biggest dishwashing day of all.

I previously owned a GE dishwasher that lasted over ten years before it started to rust. The redesign from that model to this model was disappointing because to me the top rack does not hold as much as my previous model. I called GE and they wanted almost half of what I paid for the dishwasher to replace the bottom rack. I have several GE appliances and I will not be replacing those with another GE product.

This was the same basic model but a far less quality machine. My dishes don't come clean. It doesn't matter what detergent or cycle I run it on. It's a bummer because I was hoping for a good and simple appliance that didn't rely on the fickle electronic components of smart appliance tech.
