We have been purchasing appliances from Best Buy for years and always have had great customer service. I highly recommend this dishwasher as it is modern, sleek, and a good value purchase.

Hasn't worked right from the start and just stopped draining. Cleaned out everything come to find out we would have to replace a malfunctioning part on a dishwasher that's just over a year old. Prices can't be beat with price match. Good basic dishwasher for the money. Not a lot of bells and whistles that you never use. Would buy again

Can't wash a wineglass

HOWEVER, the upper rack on this one is HORRIBLE! A regular water glass tips over when you close the machine, and the rack is too shallow to even put a normal stemmed wine glass in. The bottom of the glass hits the top of the machine and the rack won't close. The company just says "Sorry. You should upgrade." Do it with a different brand.

The water does not drain completely, although it's only used once a week. So now I'm having to have service calls for this and if it can't be resolved I may need to replace it. GE failed badly on this one.
