I bought from best buy because of the young man i spoke to on the phone. He was very helpful and made sure that i was told everything i needed to know. I will no longer go into a BB store as i have been treated very rudely too many times, so if there is something i want i will buy it online.

Do not buy this dishwasher

Even though I purchased Total Tech Support, which includes free appliance installation, Best Buy would not install the dishwasher unless the old one was disconnected (by me). Had to have the plumber install it. Dishwasher drips water in the drying process. After using it 4 times in 3 weeks it no longer works. The start button flashes. Turned off the power for 10 minutes; that didn't reset the dishwasher. Best Buy gives you 14 days from purchase to return an item. After that time, the manufacturer must fix the item, Best Buy is not responsible. The dishwasher doesn't clean dishes very well; food remains on dishes at the end of the cycle.

Especially when I purchase them online. This dishwasher lived up to every word in its description. The best part about it is how quiet it runs. Sometimes I don't even realize it is on. It does the trick and we are satisfied with this purchase.
