    Worse than the 20 plus year old dishwasher I just replaced. Heated dry feature does not dry ANYTHING at all and we never used that feature on our old dishwasher and most of the dishes still dried. Dishes still come out dirty and we pre-rinse even though the manual says it’s not required. It’s too to accidentally turn on the dishwasher. The front panel seems cheap. Very disappointed and we were really excited about this dishwasher. :(

Poor drying and wash performance are both common symptoms of water temperature not being hot enough. Water entering the unit should be at least 120 degrees F. Also, we recommend using a high quality rinse aid to help with both cleaning and drying.     DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF JUNK, AND BEST BUY WILL NOT SUPPORT IT IF IT FAILS YOU!!!!!! Dishes do not get clean but about 40% of the time so far. I paid $638 for this heavy useless piece of junk. I'm going to make sure that Best Buy pays for this somehow or another - whether it's by losing my business at Best Buy where I spend thousands of dollars per year. Model: GDF630PSMSS SKU: 6273021I

    After a year and a half this quit working. No lights on the panel showed up. Of course this was 5 months after the warranty expired. GE customer service sent me parts to replace the mother board, however, they did not fit. So frustrated! I'm going to purchase another dishwasher from Best Buy, Bosch this time. However, fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.

    I had the chance to repair my old dishwasher for $200 or replace it. The repairman said since it was over 10 years old it would be better to replace it. I bought a very quiet GE Energy Star model and quite frankly it sucks. I have used it 4 times and each time the dishes that are vertical dry, but every piece of plastic in the D/W remains soaking wet including everything placed on the 3rd (top) shelf. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!!

For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid.     I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE T USE DISHWASHER SINCE PURCHASING IT 30 DAYS AGO IT KEEPS SAYING H20 CODE GE CAME OUT SAID IT WAS INSTALL NT CORRECT. INSTALL CAME OUT SAID GE NEED TO BRING ANOTHER NEW ONE. I NEED A GOOD NUMBER TO GE TO REPLACE DISHWASHER AND HOPE THAT SOLVES MY 1000 DOLLAR PROBLE

    I cannot say how the dishwasher works. Best Buy sent the washer to my home but the hose they sent is too short, and it is the longest hose they have. I have spent HOURS trying to connect to a human being for consultation. Good luck.

    The control panel on the dishwasher Does not work properly. Can’t get anybody in the store, I’m always turned over to the call center. They wouldn’t do anything. Call GE, three weeks before they can get somebody out to take a look

    Poor design: circuit board near steam outlet!

    1st service call under warranty, second service call 2 1/2 years in, main circuit board no longer working. Choices are to spend $300 plus service call $190 = $500 MINIMUM, OR buy a new dishwasher. We WERE GE loyal, let’s see how this is handled.

    I wouldn’t even give it one star but I had to. Product came dented and Best Buy was terrible with correcting the situation. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

    Stopped working exactly 2 months after the 1 year warranty ended. Too expensive for 14 months of dishwashing. Just won't start and the guide/manual is pretty useless
