The 3rd rack is awesome however this dishwasher is HORRIBLE at drying things. Even when filled with rinse aid a lot of times my dishes are soaking wet after the cycle completes. I miss my old dishwasher

The hose it came with did not fit my existing setup and that was a beast to fix. Third top rack should be like 3-5cm higher, wine glasses can catch on it pretty easily. We can (but don't often) use the steam setting so you don't really have to pre-rinse stuck on food. Zero problems with any clogging or disposal issues. Great unit!

Now it only works 7 out of 10 times. Otherwise it just beeps and does nothing. Been waiting a month for the part. It’s been on back order because it breaks so often. I bought it because it was a GE. Lesson learned.

Great for a step up from builder grade

It was the original builder grade GE from 2010. Unfortunately, the fridge and the DW were both considered as for not convey’ in the lease, lame. So, we bit the bullet and got this one. It does what it’s supposed to do, is quiet, and looks good. Going on a year now with no issues.

And you have to remember to turn on drying as an option. It does a good job cleaning when you remember to turn on washing both zones. After having a top of the line Kenmore for nearly 20 years, 3 months into owning this thing it quits. I think the door switch went out. Will start but then shuts down right away and with no power it stopped with a load of water inside so now I have to drain it and yank it out to repair. I get a feeling an new dishwasher is going in if this one comes out.

Posted .Hi - We are truly sorry to hear you are not happy with the operation of your dishwasher in addition to the difficulty you are having with the unit shutting down. The new model dishwashers do have longer cycles times than models made 20 years ago. This is due to the substantial changes to the amount of water used during the cycle. Newer models like yours use far less water and do run for a longer period of time to ensure you get the best wash performance. Your unit is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. The details of your warranty can be found on Page 23 of your Owner's Manual. At three months of age, we would encourage you to contact service to come out and check the situation with the unit shutting down. The third rack is very useful. The front buttons are easily accessible. I have bumped them accidentally and turned the dishwasher on but it shuts itself off after a minute. Best Buy gave great customer service. I did purchase an extended warranty.

I really love the top washing rack level for spoons, and the jet wash capability on the middle washing rack level. The dishwasher works very silently and efficiently. I will recommend it to anyone needing a new dishwasher!

Quieter then my last one. The only negative is the top rack cannot fit glaases as tall as my last dishwasher from the very top tray. But that very top trap is a greap place for knives and othwr idd flat shaped rhings. So fair trade of space i guess.

KO my not so old WIFI dishwasher
