It installed fairly easy. It is extremely quiet. The dishes come out clean and dry. The extra tray at the top is quite handy as is the extra spray nozzles for tall glasses. We haven't found anything to complain about. This unit replaced a 30 year old GE dishwasher. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars leaving the 5th for longevity (check back in 10 years for an update).

Easy Installation

The insulation sheet is the only thing that is annoying to stuff between the dishwasher and the cabinet. The third rack on top is great for all utensils.

It did show up - late

When called, install company said my order by Best Buy was cancel at 6:50 pm by dispatcher, Drove to store and was told it wasn't, then I got a call from the actual installer at 7:30pm while I was in the store saying they would be there at 8pm.
