Seems a bit flimsy but wow does it clean! The bottom tray seems to stick a little. Hoping it needs breaking in.

When our fancy machine died, our repairman said "Buy the cheapest GE you can find. You don't use all the bells and whistles, do you?" He was right. This machine cleans just as well as the old one for a fraction of the price...AND the filter is so easy to clean. After 6 months, I give it 4 out of 5 stars only because the steel front is so "tinny." Finally, the Best Buy delivery was outstanding. Right on time and so helpful.

Good little dishwasher. Pretty quiet and it gets things clean

Lots of space in bottom rack for dishes,limited space for utensils. Top rack has odd spacing between rows for glasses; does not take medium tall wineglasses. Drying function not optimim.

The dishwasher was cheap looking compared to the one we previously had but it washed and dried great, very happy with that performance. The dishwasher had the worse smell inside like something died inside, we always made sure the dishes were well rinsed before putting them inside the dishwasher. I did lots of research and found out it was a very common problem with stainless dishwashers. I tried white vinegar and baking soda several times and after a few days the smell came back. I was out of options and called the manufacturer for advise and was told that model was blocked and a service call could not be scheduled, it had to be removed and upgraded and a representative is coming over in a few days to check it out and generate the paperwork. The dishwasher had good reviews otherwise I wouldn't have bought it, if the smell went away I would have scored much higher with a better review.

Arrived on time. installation is easy, works, and looks great! I am going to get a second one to replace one in my gameroom.

It works good. I had to replace another one due to a faulty water sprayer. This one is quieter and runs smooth so far. I like the color and the style works for me. Definitely get the Totaltech package.

Dishwasher is fine, but delivery and setup fees were almost as much as the unit itself. So much for paying for Total Tech yearly! Very disappointing and we will rethink buying anything from Best Buy in the future, as we have spent thousands over the last 10 years there. Total Tech is a total surprise ripoff.

It was on sale when I bought it. Cleans well. Open it up and the plastic smell is strong. I hope it gets better. Not top quality on the lower rack rollers. It easily comes off track but just as easy to put it back on track. You can't expect the best materials at this price.

The product does an excellent job cleaning dishes. Runs very quietly. Holds more dishes than my previous dish washer. I like the push-button features.

This GE Dishwasher, Mode l#GSD2100VBB is a great replacement for previous failed GE lower priced model. Extremely quiet, better dishware stacking and more efficient.

Dishwasher- good. Service and installation-terrible! After no help from scheduling an installation- we did get the dishwasher up and running. Its quiet, has options for cycles, adjustable top rack. Installation guy clearly did not want to help- walked in said we needed a part that could have been clearly explained to us before arriving, did not take away our other dishwasher either. All which I signed up for. Clearly did not want to do his job.

Fair product. Was missing the nipple for connection. I bought one from a local supplier. Sales guy was amazing as usual. Best Buy continues to be my go-to Appliance provider for my multifamily properties

I got the open box item, it contained everything I needed to install it. The run cycle seems much longer than my last one but it cleans well.

Quiet and easy to use. Happy to fond Bisque color.After a long wait it was worth it.
