Worst costumer service ive encountered. Out of the many years ive dealt with bestbuy. I highly recommend not order specifically this item because it will get lost in there system. They take your money and time. Then gaslight you on the rescheduling or compensation until you fall victim of defeat. No ones reqches out to you to gove you a status update; not a call, email. You literally have to coninute to track them down for updates. I ordered this item feb 21st suppose to have been delivered in the 1st March. Finally got delivered 12 March.

You have to open the door to air dry. What a bad design. I guess the new green deal!!! to save energy. For anyone that likes dry dishes stay away from buying this machine.

The delivery was not so great as they just dropped it off in the box and left. It took a day or two to get it installed and upon doing so noticed that the door was dented. May I suggest the delivery person personally inspect the product before just getting a signature and leaving.
