Not wanting to upgrade I bought this dishwasher and installed it. This is our very first automatic dishwasher, the rack is holding up it doesn't leak out the bottom, it's not noisy and it gets the dishes nice and clean! Now my wife doesn't have to hand wash the dishes anymore.

We have been unable to get installation rescheduled. I've called the store, customer service, and a customer advocate. I've also emailed. My mother is 88 years old with an uninstalled dishwasher sitting in the way. Installation was $179.99 and they have yet to complete or even bother to reschedule. They say there are no dates. Never? no future dates? seriously!!!! Buyer beware.

Factory did a test, was water still in machine, factory should have not boxed machine with water inside and paperwork all wet. I questioned sales associate when I picked up the machine, box was wet and leaking, another associate said it was factory tested. My other dishwasher was 27 years old, totally better made.
