Posted .Hi there - Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that your dishwasher isn't cleaning or drying your dishes properly. We can understand how disappointing this must be and we apologize for your inconvenience. To improve the washing and drying performance, make sure that the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. We suggest running the hot water faucet at the kitchen sink before starting the unit. Additional tips and tricks can be found on our website by searching "Dishwasher - Poor Wash Performance" and "Dishwasher Poor Drying". We hope that this helps. All the best! -Mikayla@GEA

Posted .We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your new dishwasher. This model does have the Dry Boost feature that will get your dishes 7xs drier. We recommend always turning your hot water on first so the first fill will be nice and hot. Also using a rinse agent is really important. We hope that we can earn back your business in the future.

Posted .Thank you for reaching out to us! We’re so sorry to hear about these issues you’re experiencing with your dishwasher. We understand just how frustrating this can be; therefore, we’re happy to help you troubleshoot. If this clunking is happening rhythmically, something inside is most likely hitting the spray arms as it rotates. To solve this, rearrange dishware inside the dishwasher, or run a cycle with a light load to see if anything changes. If you continue to experience issues, we recommend scheduling service with a GEA technician. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737. We hope this helps; kind regards – Matthew@GEA

Waiting for installer and kit to arrive!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will review this dishwasher and hopefully give 5 stars after the kit arrives and it is in working order. The delivery guy said he wasn't there to install and also didn't have the install kit. Called BB and couldn't get an answer to all on the phone.

Do not purchase.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had for less than 4 months and it's already broken. The best buy tech has refused to come out and to fix the issue, so now I'm stuck with a broken dishwasher. Best Buy is also not helping to resolve the issue.

Posted .Hello there - We are so sorry that you're experiencing issues with your current dishwasher's latch and that you had to have your original dishwasher replaced in the first place. This would be quite frustrating and we completely understand your disappointment. On new dishwashers, it may be necessary to push-in on the top center of the control panel while latching the door because the gasket is still stiff. (The gasket will become more pliable after a few uses.) If it still won't latch, be sure that all items are within the racks and do not stick out beyond the front or back of the dishwasher racks. More troubleshooting tips for this issue can be found in an article titled, "Dishwasher Door Will Not Latch," by typing that into the search bar on our website. Please connect with us if you need anything - we are always glad to help out. Be well, Kelsey@GEA
