I paid for installation and then was told that because my hookup wasn't on the same level as my sink they couldn't do it. Tried hooking the hoses up the same way we removed them and the cycle doesn't fully finish and not all the water is drained. Called the warrantee and was basically told the same thing. It's been sitting unused because by the time it was delivered I only had a week left in the return window.

The employees are great. This does seem to happen often. The employees working there even stated that I should purchase them from a store that stocked inventory. I appreciate the honesty and will take them up on it.

Cheap plastic water wasting junk

It wastes way more water than my previous washer, cycles are 4 hours long even on normal setting, it’s cheap plastic and door drops down too quickly. I have had this for 6 months.
