The employees are great. This does seem to happen often. The employees working there even stated that I should purchase them from a store that stocked inventory. I appreciate the honesty and will take them up on it.

If this clunking is happening rhythmically, something inside is most likely hitting the spray arms as it rotates. Cheap plastic water wasting junk

It wastes way more water than my previous washer, cycles are 4 hours long even on normal setting, it’s cheap plastic and door drops down too quickly. I have had this for 6 months.
