They were very knowledgeable, efficient, kind and helpful. I ordered the washer on the phone so I was relieved to see how nice it was and what a professional job they did to install it. It was a great experience!

It came with a broken plastic mid conduit blaster, holds upper spray bar in place. Obviously broken from factory. I've contacted GE support several times, 30 days later no replacement part. GE support is non existent.

We were looking for one to match our other appliances but with front controls. This dishwasher was perfect. Our salesman, Ricky G. did a great job describing the differences and advantages of the new dishwasher.

However, I did received a bill for it. I will not be making a payment until I receive the product and have tried it out. i do not expect to make the payment on the requested date and DO NOT expect to be charged a late payment. Once I receive and use the dishwasher I will update this

This can be done by shutting off power at the dedicated breaker for 2-3 minutes, then powering it back on. Broke in the first use. GE sent a service tech and now we are waiting for the backordered part. Big scam. GE should replace the whole washer with a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Dishwasher control board errors after 14 months

Dishwasher constantly beeps 3 times and locks after just 14 months. Reseting and canceling the lock worked for less than 2 weeks. Bought a GE double oven and 30 months later the power line, connection terminal and lead wire all melted.
