lousy connectivity

The are usually indestructible. This dishwasher has design flaws in the interior connections that cause leaks (from inside the unit) and loose internal electrical connections (so you need to jiggle the cord to get it to turn on. Just had it fixed $169 and two uses later...problem has returned

It constantly smells like a wet dog. It has standing water at the bottom unless you restart it for a minute and let it drain. And the dishes aren't always clean. It offers a sanitize setting that's almost 4 hours!! It would make more sense to run the cycle twice at 90 minutes. I can't believe I'm stuck with this. It's not Best Buy's fault. This is a GE problem

Until the plastic/nylon gasket that holds it to the faucet wore down and now it won't attach anymore! GE said it was out of warranty by the time we got around to calling (my fault, probably), but have been getting the run around for a year now trying to get someone to fix it. I bought this to replace my previous one that was 2nd hand and we had it many years before it died (not GE brand). This one should not have worn out so soon. Probably still washes good though, if I could get someone to just fix the hose!
