When I start it sometimes I have to try it a couple of times. It doesn't always get the dishes clean. I rinse the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. I'm not sure I there is something else I need to buy to make be a five star.

We have a service call out yo GE right after the machine failed. The date of the appointment is set for May 12 almost 3 weeks after it died. Not vey happy with this product.

Washes well, but poor quality materials.

The first unit was damaged beyond use upon delivery. This wasn't an issue with the delivery itself as the packaging was undamaged. The wall was damaged enough that the door could not be opened without causing further harm. The second delivery was much better, however after assembling and moving the washer, two of the casters broke. The washer was empty and simply being moved to it's intended location, a few feet from assembly. The caster breaking indicates either that they cannot support the weight of the product, or they are simply mechanically unsound. Either way, poor quality makes for a poor experience.

Posted .Hello Dave - Thanks for your review. We can certainly understand your concern about your dishwasher drying issue. This model has the Condensate Dry feature. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process. First of all, it did NOT have a heating element so my dishes were left with a film on them when I went to remove them from the dishwasher. Plus, the Autosensor did NOT work properly as my dishes did NOT get clean. The heavy cycle also did NOT work properly as my dishes still did NOT get clean. I am sorry to say I had to send the dishwasher back as I was not satisfied at all.
