The loading of dishes in it is very different from our previous dishwasher, and options for big items is limited. Love the look, cleans amazingly well. There is an option that takes 2 hours and 40 minutes for the cycle, sobe prepared to wait if you choose this one!

Its a nice dishwasher and we are so glad we got it. Decent price and fairly decent quality. I only have one complaint: the hose doesnt stay retracted very well and likes to slide back out. Not syre if its normal or not, but i wish they had a way to hold it in better. Even just like a little flap that slides down. Still glad we have it, regardless of that minor inconvenience.

Washer works well, but retractable hose does not stay inside when pushed inside washer well and It lacks a heated dry function that my previous portable washer that I had for 5 years had.

Very quiet, doesn't use alot of water. Does a great job of cleaning dishes. Just what i was looking for.

Easy to set up and very quiet! You will need help to put the wheels on and get it out of the box.

I had to order this online due to COVID end of March CONS My delivery was canceled twice and I just got it May 6 The controls are inside the door so when running you can’t see them NO DRY CYCLE just assumed there would be The handle to move it Is the door and it opens when you try to move it PROS SO QUITE can’t hear it Looks nice Cleans very well

we were supposed to get it over 3 weeks ago, finally got it, its very nice! easy to roll around! hook up was a little more time consuming. make sure you have the right faucet! FINALLY get it to run and ALL of the water leaked everywhere in my apartment!!!! not happy!!! i had to use a rag and a bucket and squeezed ALL the water out! Now it sits, the dishes were still gross, the soap dispenser is definitely another problem. and i see a lot of people have mentioned the soap dispenser not working. my god for $700 this thing shouldnt be so difficult. Not a happy customer...

There seem to be quality issues with these. The first unit that was delivered leaked upon first use. Thankfully Best Buy immediately replaced it. We have had the second one for a couple of years. It doesnt get the dishes as clean as our previous washer that was much cheaper (SPT). The dish soap does not completely desolve and it feels like I have to rinse off soap residue afterwards. Like mentioned in previous reviews, there is no dryign/heating element, so have to use hot water and let it air dry. I would not buy it again.

If I had any other option. I would not have purchased this machine. Hose & plug inconveniently located. No true dry setting. Most things still wet when done. Waiting 2 weeks for parts to repair a 2 month old machine. Water won’t drain from bottom.

Very satisfied. It holds a lot of dishes, and cleans very well. It rolls very easily, and connects to my faucet very easily. I wish it had an indication on the outside for when a cycle is done, but that isn't a big deal.

Just got it a few weeks ago, works great and does the job. Doesn't have a drying element, so you will have to shake off the excess water and let it air dry with the door open are hand dry them.

Wonderful product forgot what it was like to have a dish washer after 15 years of no dishwasher. It is great. I did have to get a second one because the first had a latch issue.
