I was a little hesitant when I purchased this dishwasher, based on some of the online reviews. Once it was in my house, I was amazed at how quiet it was. It gets everything really clean, and I have had zero issues with water leakage. The only quibble I have is that the hose doesn't retract all the way back when you need to move it out of the way. This could be better designed, but that's the only problem I have with this unit.

This dishwasher gets dishes spotless without pre-rinsing. It’s extremely quiet. To the point that sometimes I have to double check to see if it’s running. The power cord and fill/drain tube were on the short side. They are sufficient, but I would have liked them to be a bit longer so we could move the cart around when trying to get into cupboards. Understandably, (with todays shipping problems) it took longer than than anticipated to get delivered.

This is a really good dishwasher. it gets the dishes quite clean, and is insanely quiet. The only negative I can point out is that that it doesn't have a drying cycle, so you often need to towel dry the dishes if you remove them immediately at the end of the cycle

We needed a portable dishwasher as we are remodeling our kitchen and have no spot for a built-in right now. The choices (for portables) were scant at Best-Buy. I (reluctantly) decided to purchase this GE from the available models when it went on sale. I/we have only used it a few times so far and it has performed well. It is not too loud. I absolutely HATE the controls being on top of the door as you cannot see the status when the door is closed.

This dishwasher is very light and easy to move. It does a good job cleaning the dishes, while the rack holding the dishes is very light and comes off the track easy. One thing I don’t like is the location of the controls. I don’t understand why they are on the edge of the door, when you close the door you can’t see them. It just seems odd to me.

First off, it says it has a hard food disposal which is why I chose this model. To me, it does not seem to have it as there is a filter that has to be cleaned. I previously had a portable tall tub dishwasher with the hard food disposaln and loved it. Unfortunately, it's not made anymore so I purchased this one a year ago and it's ok. Occasionally there is food left on the dishes and utensils. So the positives are that overall,it does a good job cleaning without pre-rinsing. I can overload it and it still gets there job done. I'm am ok with the purchase and am still thankful that I don't have to hand wash anymore. I'm on the fence about recommending it.

So far, so good. It cleans really well and is amazingly quiet. The only downside was one of the front wheels was broken. As Best Buy already had their sale, they wouldn't do anything to replace. Luckily, GE came through beautifully.

Panel is easy to operate, but isn't in a great location. It has a display for time remaining that you can't see unless you open the door. What's the point of that GE? Things I like: Very quiet washer, and so far has done a nice job getting dishes clean. I love the sanitation feature Things I don't: Depending on your settings, it can take a ridiculous amount of time to wash a load of dishes. In fact I'd say it's a long time even when you go for the light wash cycle. The silverware basket may be the worst design I've ever seen: it just flops around without any means of support in the rack. It's pathetic. Has an occasional leak at the door gasket. First wash leaked water on my floor so I carefully cleaned the gasket for the next cycle. Did fine with no leaks for a couple washes, then came back to water on the floor again. Gasket looks fine, no debris or damage. Would not recommend despite doing a pretty good job getting dishes clean, and being quiet.

This dishwasher is surprisingly mighty for being a small portable. We use it to keep up with our family of 5, so we no longer have to hand wash. It was super easy to set up and use. It's quiet and efficiently cleans our dishes thoroughly- even without us needing to pre-rinse them. It holds everything we use in a day, even larger weekend loads. And, the hose and plug in cord store inside by retracting into a small recess meant to hold them, making putting it out of the way when not in use a much cleaner look. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone in need of something portable for a small space.

Easy to set up and cleans dishes well. Glad there is not a heat option because they don't work anyway. It rolls well and it very quiet. The inside arrangement is easy to work with overall. Absolutely recommend!

I absolutely love this dishwasher!!!!! Its so convenient and the best part its portable!!!! Its super quiet and totally efficient it cleans like a dream.

Pros: Really quiet, easy to set up. Cons: Hoses can easily be kinked and unable to pump water if you don't make sure to pull all the way out. When that happens, washer just beeps every minute and theres no error code and nothing in manual about how to troubleshoot. Can't see "clean" light when door closed and turns right off as soon as you open door. Why can't it stay on for 5 minutes after you open door? Defeats purpose of even having one. First round doesn't heat water so prerinse (?) is cooler temp water, I would've liked it heated. Bottom tray sometimes hard to slide back in. Something gets caught somehow.

Does great job getting dishes clean, the hose doesn’t go all the way back into intended place. Other than that it was a great purchase at reasonable price.

Good portable dishwasher. House we bought did not have a built in so this worked for our situation. Good size fits able to fit quite a few dishes in use recommend detergent and shouldn't have issues. Easy to move and hook up. Cleans very well, does not have drying so that's what keeps it from 5 stars in my book.

Dishwasher rolls easily, has easy set-up, is quiet, and cleans fine so far with light wash. I haven’t tried it with heavily soiled dishes. Need to get rinse aid to stop spotting on some items.

It had two small dents but other than that perfect.

This dishwasher did a great job washing dishes when it worked right but mine didn't last long. It only made it about two and a half years before the main board burned up (it caught on fire and the smell was awful) and apparently a replacement board and wiring components cannot be ordered from GE according to a local repair company. It looks like replacing the entire machine might be the only option which is unfortunate and wasteful.

Stylish, quiet while running and cleans great. There is no dry cycle. Cycle buttons are alittle different than what i was used to seeing from older btands.

Nice portable dishwasher very ease to use.smooth rolling wheels adapter for faucet hook up comes with it plugs into kitchen electric outlet. One button operation cleans very good on light cycle with about 4 gallons of water. Super quiet washer very happy.

I always figured portable dishwashers were cheap. My wife finally convinced me to get one after 6 years and 3 kids later. To my regret I wish I would have bought this sooner. We’ve never had problem with GE appliances. They’ve always treated us well. This dishwasher lines up perfect with our kitchen cabinets. We rent and the landlord wasn’t willing to install a dishwasher. This a the best alternative. Easy to maneuver around the kitchen. Washes dishes just like a regular dishwasher.
