We are so happy with our GE portable dishwasher. Perfect size for our kitchen.
Easy to connect and use, super silence but strong and powerful to do the job.
Great value for the money.
A FIVE STAR, A+ dishwasher.

Works very well. Has been getting dishes clean. Have been using the enhanced heat, so the cycle does take a while. Only downside is that the quickconnect has been leaking a little.

This machine really cleans well and runs very quietly. The only problem that I have with it is that you can't see the digital time clock to see how much time is left unless you open the door because of where the controls are positioned (very weird). Once you do that, then you've got water on the floor.

This was a gift to my daughter. The first one delivered was badly damaged, then they exchanged it, took 2 weeks. Just used it. Did a great job, cleaned everything well, very quiet, but took 3 hrs. to complete. Still very happy with it.

Good portable washing Machine, High quality too. Only downside I have is the button placement, its on the top of the door so it has to be open to access the buttons.

It washes dishes and wheels around my kitchen so I can use it as an island. There was a small dent when it came out of the box but I was able to just pop it out.

Works very well. Dishes come out clean and the machine is quiet and easy to move around. Seems to be built well.

This machine actually does a pretty good job cleaning dishes. However this machine nearly caught on fire (thankfully I was both awake and home). Smoke was coming out of it and you could smell it burning unplugged it and ventilated the house. The machine was not under the 1-year warranty and after seeing that same machine was still on sale, decided to have it repaired if that was possible. The circuit board had melted to the power supply BEFORE the fuse, so the machine continued to run. This is a potentially dangerous defect. The power cord has checked and was found to be in good condition, this was a manufactures defect. Cost $$$ to fix it. I also checked and there does not seem to be a recall. Use with caution.

Great dishwasher, rolls smoothly and cleans really well. Be careful using the auto sense wash cycle, ours kept putting it on heavy wash which takes over 3 hours.

My kitchen is small and has no room for a built in dishwasher, so we’ve had to use portable ones for our house. The first two lasted seven years each. There were pros and cons to each, but both were bearable and worked well for a long time. This one, in constraint, is awful in every way with nothing to recommend it.
The design is terrible. The controls are on the top of the door and are covered up when the door is shut. Not only does this cause numerous problems with things like even getting it to start (you have to hit the start button and then close the door not too fast nor too slow), but it’s very easy to bump buttons and screw up settings when the dishwasher is open. To add insult to injury, the controls include a timer. What use this is when the controls are covered when in use is beyond me. If you peer through the crack, you can try to spot the numbers, but it’s not very helpful as you’re half guessing.
The interior design is bad too. Every dishwasher is different, but I’ve never used another with such a bad layout on the racks. We can fit far fewer dishes into a load than we could with our previous dishwashers despite it being the same dimensions. The cycles take more than twice as long as well, which is lots of fun given how often we need to do two cycles a day now because of the poor layout.
There are even more problems. The hose is set up very poorly and it won’t go back into the body of the dishwasher unless it’s still warm from having just finished the cycle. The seal on the inside of the door is placed so that the bottom rack runs over it. Because of this, the seal is now damaged and the dishwasher is leaking water. Multiple other things have broken on it as well and I’ve had it less than two years.
Do not, for the love of all that’s holy, buy this dishwasher. It is garbage. Note that the good reviews are generally from short times of ownership. I know there aren’t a lot of options for portable dishwashers, but don’t buy this one. It’s a waste of money.

It is a must in those houses where you cannot install in-built dishwasher. It's been a year since I got and it's been working great! Like other dishwasher, you don't have rinse it. You can put your vessels with food particles or dirt stick to it and it does a great job! The options are good. I will definitely recommend this product to others.

The dishwasher was relatively easy to install in spite of the poor documentation. The weakest part of the design is the attachment to the water faucet -- this performs fine right now but I expect future service needs.
One reason to buy is that it can be adapted as a built-in dishwasher which is in our kitchen plans.
The display panel is on the inside of the door panel, so when closed, you cannot see the display. The manual compounds this by telling one to close the door in order to 'see' the running light.
The silverware box-rack is nearly useless and does not fit snugly anywhere. The organization of the prongs for dishes seems to assume only a 12 place consistent table settings and not more eclectic bowls, pans and cooking tools.
Settings for the washer are simple and logical, the sanitize setting we use consistently.
The portable water and electrical hookups do not have springs for easy retraction and the water-hookup does not retract fully into the shelf, so it protrudes.
All in all, we are quite happy with this purchase. Delivery was on time and thoughtfully done. Very nice.

Since this is the only portable dishwasher available at Best Buy one is happy they can purchase it.
It has 2 cycles. The short one abd the long one, 2 1/2 hours.
No dry cycle!
The water hose does not sit flush in the unit when placing it against a wall.
Its VERY QUIET.
The stainless steel door is great.
When you turn it on thhe first 5 times it emits a horrible PVC odor that eventually goes away.
The dishes came out super clean!!
Hello Jen - Thank you for taking the time to complete this thoughtful review. We appreciate the feedback and love to hear from our owners. There is a third cycle option with Light, Heavy, and Autosense. For better drying, we recommend using a rinse aid, ensuring the water is hot as it enters the unit, and using the Temp Boost to increase water temperature. This model uses "condensate dry" which works faster and more efficiently with hotter water. Please stay safe and keep in touch! - John@GEAppliances

It would be nice to have a longer hose and cord.
The "Done" light indicator is located on the controls on top of the door which when the door is closed you cannot see.
One of the wheels did not install properly, could not get it to click in place.
Id expect more for this considering how much i paid for it.

Love this. We have an older home and didn’t want to lose the cabinet space to install a dishwasher. This is super spacious, just as big as any built in I’ve ever used, and works great. The only annoying part is hooking it up to the sink, we had to get a special adapter because we had a hose type sink. Definitely need a basic sink unless you want to go crazy finding an adapter.
