have this unit for two months now, it works well and is extremely quiet comparing to the old one, controls are simple and easy, the heat-dry cycle take longer than what I used to, even though the dishes, cups and glasses are dry at the end of the cycle, I always find water droplets on the inside walls of the unit which I never seen before in my old dishwasher

We bought this on sale at our local Best Buy. We also got a great installation deal. The installers came on the day and time we had scheduled. They removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in about an hour. We have only had this for a few months so I don't know how long it will last, but it is a great improvement over the old. It is so quiet that after you start it you aren't sure whether it is running even when you are standing right next to it. Thankfully they put a light on it so you can tell when it is running and when it is done! So far I would say that it was an excellent buy and would recommend it to friends. Oh, yes! It cleans the dishes very well too. The brand of dishwasher soap does make a difference though. We tried the cheap off brands and they don't work as well as the more expensive All-In-One detergent/gel pacs.

No complaint on product, however, customer service is lacking. Ordered to be delivered and installed 1 week in advance. No call day before delivery to know my delivery window, I call many times day of delivery to find out when its coming and am told they can't contact installer. Finally hear from installer that he had just recieved order and warehouse was closed for day, had to reschedule delivery (even though I did this a week in advance). Finally get install, leaks a day later. Appliance repair tech tells me 5 days til tech can come out. I bring in plumber to evaluate. He shakes his head and points out how install was done incorrect. Way to keep a customer base! Almost forgot, was offered 25$ giftcard for wasting a day away while waiting on install.

We've only had the machine for a month and we are very happy to have clean dishes. It's not as quite as advertised but overall we are happy with the machine. I'll try to remember to reevaluate after we've had it a year.
