I tried to troubleshoot and replaced a sensor according to the internet but still have problems and had a repair person check it out and the control panel was fried. He said these brands last 2-4 years and typically have these problems. Wasted money

Four months later, it stopped working and displayed a 'Failure to Drain' error message. When we contacted Total Tech (we had purchased the service), we were told we needed to contact GE directly because it was still under warranty. We waited several weeks for a GE Repair service to come out. They told us the pump had failed and had to be ordered. Without our knowledge, they closed our case and a second repair service came out to replace the pump. Today, they replaced the pump but informed us that the circuit board was "fried." and that a new one had to be ordered. They had no estimate of the timeline for repair. Given that this is a now five month old dishwasher, we are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this model to anyone.

Does not dry all the way
