My review is for the Service Installation NOT THE DISHWASHER as i have only had it less than 24 Hrs. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THEM TO INSTALL THIS MACHINE. The two guys that came were highly unprofessional, as if they were in a rush and mad this is what they do for a living. They installed my OLD drain tube, to the NEW drain tube because they didn’t have the rubber connector to install the new tube to my drain pipes under the sink. WHAT IF THE WHOLE REASON I BOUGHT A NEW DISHWASHER WAS BECAUSE OF LEAKING DRAIN PIPE! Thats a red flag as it is but I unfortunately wasnt home at the time and the person who was wasn’t aware- rightfully so, as you pay extra for the install assuming the professionals know what they’re doing. They leave over 2ft of slack in drain pipe under my sink, didnt snake the hot water pipe through correctly left it slacked under the sink as well, shifted all of my drain pipes then OVERTIGHTENED THEM when they started to leak causing the sink to leak when used because they were incompetent- the first thing they said was i needed new pipes, they’re going to leak, BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED-another red flag. Long story short i had to fix what they did incorrectly, go purchase the rubber connector that they should have had for the job, new seals for my pipe because they over tightened and cracked them, and re-screw the dishwasher in because they did that incorrectly as well! Ultimately its was the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR INSTALLATION DONT DO IT. This was supposed to save me from the hassle but ultimately it created more hassle because i had to go buy parts and undo what they did.

The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning the dishes. The construction of the dishwasher seems to be light weight we shall see how long it holds up.

Good dishwasher for the price. Very quiet. Exactly as described. Struggles a bit with the toughest food scraps.

It didn't even last 5 yrs, but while it worked it worked well. I really liked that 3rd top rack. A dishwasher is supposed to last 10 yrs. This was 4.5 yrs, and I notice that most of the extended warranties only go up to 4 yrs. hmmm.

Best Dishwasher I have ever owned! Everything comes out clean regardless of how dirty it went in.

Unit is quiet but did not come with operating manual.

Choice of various cycles, dry boost, quiet fill & wash. A door silverware holder as opposed to holder in dishwasher. In door handle and display.

Great dish washer so far. Everything i wanted Does everything i want it to do.

instructions little backwards, put in cabinet, then says hook up water and drain, wire and water need to be pulled underneath first

The dishwash looks great and works well. We love it very much.

We were charged an additional $280 when they delivered because the delivery company said it was not a hard-wired dishwasher and they needed to install an outlet to plug it in.

On time delivery , quick ans easy , service is good

Seemed ok at 1st. Then I tried a load without heated dry & an inch of suds was left in bottom. The dry cycle popped the bubbles & disguised the problem. Checked all possible caused (spilled rinse aid, draining problem etc.) It just doesnt have an adequate rinse cycle. Problem always occurs. Hand rinsing dishes after load until replacment (other brand) arrives.

Very basic. It's okay. Wish we had gone to see it in person before purchasing it.
