I purchased a product and it was scheduled to be delivered and installed today (this dishwasher). 3 weeks ago they made the appointment for today and now they have said it will be almost a month away and they couldn't tell me why. Then they kept asking to schedule a pick up of the old dishwasher this one is replacing and I told the rep on the phone at least 5 times that they are not taking the old one away because I paid for it years ago and I'm going to take it to be recycled. The rep could not understand what I was saying and his accent was so strong I couldn't understand him either. This is the WORST customer experience EVER!!!

Maybe it's because I had a Whirlpool Gold and this is GE? Also the spatuka tray in the top now prevents room for wine glasses and tall drinking glasses so have to remove it each time if I want to run the glasses. Then theres no place to put the spatulas

I waited a month to get my order and upon delivery and opening I come to find out the product has already been used meaning stagnant water just in there! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED

Drying feature does not work!

The first wash and dishes were still wet, glasses had water pooling on them. Still have to prerinse apparently, there was still food food stuck to some, not all dishes.

For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid.
