Works amazing!!! Quietest washing machine I have purchased. Love it

We bought this to replace our 4 year old GE dishwasher, that was the older version of this model and we loved it. This one is much louder than previous version, same rack layout and the controls were moved from the front of door to the top. For the price I would expect a little more from this model and brand, mainly just quieter. I hope this lasts longer than the 4 years we got on the other model. I have loads of faith in GE products and will continue to purchase regardless.

Just got the machine but seems to work fairly well, one hour cycle doesn’t dry the best. And mounting brackets included are pretty flimsy but overall pretty happy.

door ...it feels lightweight..first thoughts..CHEAP...but it washes dishes like a PRO!!

Good price and definitely an upgrade from our 2012 model! 3 shelves and a really good cleaning machine. Was delivered a day before it was promised (which was helpful). The controls on top are sensitive, but they do look sleek.

Awesome Dishwasher! They have come a long way! Purchased this because my previous dishwasher died after 12 years. The third rack takes the cake! The buttons on the top are next level!

The dishwasher was supposed to replace an old one that broke down a while ago. When it was delivered, there was a problem right away. As the delivery man were wheeling it in, I noticed that water was dripping out of the package (that was outside on the way to my home). Inside, I guess they angled their trolley more and the water started pouring out. It was all over my floor. There was at least 1/2 gallon if not more. I know that it was no fault of the delivery man, but when I pointed put the water that spilled out, they seemed to be annoyed. One of them spoke some English and explained to me that the water was there as one cycle was run in the factory to make sure the dishwasher works. That was already a concern to me as it did not appear to drain water and should not have passed quality control. Next, I needed to install it (I was doing it myself). After unpacking it, I opened the door and was overwhelmed by the odor. It was very strong mix of plastic and detergent odor. I was wondering whether my dishes are going to have that odor after washing as I wouldn't be able to use them. Inside everything was wet. Even the manual and papers were wet. They were not drenched in water, but appeared that they were exposed to water for a long time and absorbed a lot of it. Pages were dark grey and felt wet to the touch. I carefully separated the pages of the manual so not to tear them and started installation. I don't remember the first step, but the second was to check whether the door was balanced. When opened by certain angle, it was supposed to fall flat on its own (it did), and when closed to about 20 degrees from the vertical it was supposed to snap shut on its own (it did not). I did some checking throughout the manual and the online. Problem is the spring and on this model spring tension cannot be adjusted. The only way was to change the spring. At this point, I thought that I would be a good idea to return it. Fortunately, Best Buy was good about it and arranged a pickup within a couple of days and processed my refund expeditiously. Maybe I have had a bad luck and got a defective one, but QC at GE should have picked that up. I am on the market for another one and it won't be GE.

It’s ok for the price set up was kinda hard but it was my first time doing one so I am taking that into account

The dishwasher is nice a spacious but the dishes are still pretty wet after running a load. It's almost like the dryer is broken....Also the dishwasher has settings by the handle so I often set it off on accident. It looks great for appearance that the buttons are not showing but functionally it doesn't really work well.

Good quality dishwasher for the price, quieter than expected.

The product is good but the unit was not installed square under the cabinet.

This model has the small 3rd rack in the top but items put up there need to be clean. They don't get clean during the wash. The machine doesn't dry very well. Also, it's a good thing I know how to operate dish washers as there were no operating instructions included.

What I love most about my new dishwasher is #1. the hidden handle and controls and #2. the 3rd rack for large utensils and large platters.

We've only run the appliance a few times since the installation, but every single wash cycle has been superb. Everything has come out satisfactorily spotless. My wife also loves the upper third tray.

Sounded like it would be a quality dishwasher. I expected a better third rack. Most of the components are made out of plastic. Unfortunately, I believe that I will not get a long life out of this product. The dishwasher looks good and runs well, but I have my doubts regarding its longevity. Companies do not make products to last.
