I am very pleased with this dishwasher. I am really glad that I bought it!

It works but for the price it isn’t all that they said it was the best one I could get and that wasn’t true! I already had a dishwasher and they charged me $200 on top of what I already paid for it to be installed wouldn’t buy appliances From them ever again

installer showed us how to use it very quickly so once I was alone, it was hard for me to remember what he said. Also when they installed water line for refrig. they broke a pipe.

Great product and would recommend it for anyone that needs one

This dishwasher did not wash and dry dishes well. Even the plates standing vertically still had water on them at the end of the cycle, and I tried every setting and used a good detergent and rinse agent. Both pull-out drawers felt loose and wobbled from side to side. Worse, there was a weird and unpleasant smell on the inside of the machine that got on my dishes! I really appreciated having the Totaltech membership when this machine turned out so bad. Best Buy allowed me to choose a different model and just pay the difference in the purchase price to swap them out.

Dead after 19 months of use. No longer turn on. I checked the power supply and getting 120V all the way to power box of the dishwasher. Not sure if the board, user interface or door latch that need to be replace.

The dishwasher comes as described and shown in the picture. Great look to it aesthetically.

Great product,last several years longer than most washers

Don't know how this dishwasher works yet cause the delivary people have been out 3 times. The first time the brought the wrong dishwasher. The second time they said the dishwasher was an 8th of an inch to big. The third time the finally admitted they couldn't get the old dishwasher out. The driver said he was going to walk out to his truck to call his manager about what to do. Then he drove off. Apparently they knew the problem was that they couldn't remove the old one but no one told me until the third time. I specifically asked the first time if they would disconnect and remove the old one and they said yes. I have since removed the old one myself and i don't feel that i should have to pay the installation and removal since they didn't remove it. I have had everyone apologize to me but going thru Thanksgiving with out a dishwasher was no fun. I have been at the store 3 times to fix this. I should just cancel and go to home depot

Horrible item. I was VERY excited to upgrade all my appliances. I purchased a Stove, OTS Microwave, and this dishwasher. It was delievered on 3/12/2022 and the stove already had to be replaced, as it didn't work upon setup. The dishwasher won't dry any dishes (it has no fan, and the heating element hasn't worked for a month. Now I have to keep having a tech come out (making myself available) and try and fix it and replace parts, instead of just replacing it. I won't get this brand again.

Well I'm paying a month's worth of interest on something that I haven't even received yet, which I think is very wrong. Considering the fact that someone named Jurlene from the warehouse called and left a message saying that my purchase was in the warehouse the day it was supposed to be delivered. I had already rescheduled once online .She also said that I could reschedule for an earlier delivery, but she doesn't know how to answer her phone or return messages. After calling multiple times on different days if she can't answer her phone or return messages how am I supposed to reschedule for an earlier day . Terrible customer service, and it's still going to be another week until I receive my merchandise. Not very happy with best buy
