It’s very quiet and washes dishes well. The installer, Michael Shepard was outstanding. Overall, it’s been a very good experience.

My glasses and plates come out so clean and fresh when I use the steam function as well.

I like that it has 3 racks. I use the top rack for spatulas, tops for Tupperware and some large silverware. Extremely quiet too.

First there is not a really good spot to put your bowls. If you do not have them in there just right they do not come clean all the way. Also the dishes do seem to dry very well after it is done running.

One thing to try to help with your dry performance is making sure inlet water temperature is at least 120°F and Select Heated Dry or Dry Boost Normal/High. There are some more tips to try in the use and care guide that should help on page 20. We take your feedback seriously and we will take this into consideration to help us make changes or improvements to our units moving forward.

Requires use of Cascade soap. Had it for less than a year and error messages are appearing. Was hopeful for a GE product. Unfortunately it has been worse than or last dishwasher.

Posted .Thank for sharing your concerns. If you have not already done so, we recommend disconnecting the power to your dishwasher at your breaker or fuse box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. Also, to ensure the best wash and dry performance, the incoming water temperature must be a minimum of 120°. We encourage you to check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer placed in a cup. Turn the hot water on at the sink closest to the dishwasher and allow it to run into the cup until the temperature stops rising. Adjust your water heater if needed. Using the Wash TempBoost option will also improve overall performance. if you continue to have difficulties, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your dishwasher properly diagnosed and repaired.
