A Lemon - Stay Away

I waited nearly a month for delivery and install. Unit worked fine for only 3 weeks and then stopped filling with water and completing cycle. Best Buy policy to have GE send tech to repair .. even though it's BRAND NEW!! Now have to wait another 3 weeks for a tech to show up and diagnose. Not worth the headache .. buy something else from another manufacturer.

Called a repair person and was told this happens a lot with this model. It had to be replaced with a new one. Sometimes the cascade pods don’t dissolve.
