The delivery process was terrible. The window of time for delivery is all day. Even with that amount of time, our delivery was cancelled despite me having taken a day off.

Ordered it in late August. Originally scheduled yo be delivered in two weeks… and then delayed for an additional week. Ordered this in slate to matching existing GE kitchen appliances. Can not rate item that hasn’t been received.
