Purchased first of April and drain pump went out less than 2 months later! Local appliance place came to diagnose through manufacturer warranty but haven’t heard anything since!!

Dry is a different story, third time had on “dry boost 2” still having to towel dry 80% of dishes. Not very happy with the purchase, will definitely try to return.

Posted .The top reason for poor dishwasher performance is low inlet water temperatures - it should be at least 120°F. To aid in this, turn on the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher, let run until the water temperature stops rising, then turn off the faucet and start the dishwasher. This ensures the entering water is hot. -- We also recommend checking out the troubleshooting sections titled “Dishes and flatware not clean” and “Detergent left in dispenser cups” on pages 21-22 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.

This makes it much more convenient when we compare it to our previous one. Its top control is very convenient. Our previous one has side controls and we would have to bend down to operate.

My daughter did the internet searches of reviews, and this model was on of the top rated units. After installing it ourselves (It was easy!) and using it daily over the past few weeks, we agree with those reviews. I especially like the 3rd rack for things like cooking utensils that are too long for the silverware rack. Having individual slots for silverware means no more nested spoons with food stuck between them. The best thing- it was in stock!

Easy install as everything matched with the old hookup. This one is as quiet and works really well. Love the top shelf. Also seems to have more room inside. Looks good too. Love it so far.
