Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave my Dishwasher 3 stars because it does an excellent cleaning of the dishes but what I don't like about it is the controls are on top of machine and i keep hitting controls by mistake should be in front not on top and the controls and not user friendly cannot get them to work .

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! You can lock the controls to prevent selections from being made. You can also lock the controls after you have started a cycle to prevent cycle changes. To lock or unlock the dishwasher control, press and hold the Steam and Dry Boost pads at the same time, for 3 seconds. The Lock Controls light will turn on to indicate the control is locked and will turn off to indicate the control is unlocked. Lauren@GEAppliances

With my old dishwasher, I had to turn up the TV when it was running. With the new one, I have to turn the TV down to hear if it's running. It's an awesome machine!!!

Came without a handle. Wii call to get it replaced. Happy with purchase. Trying to reach fifty word minimum. Have a good new years! I'm old and slow but i installed it myself. Getting down on my knees was the hardest part. Attaching to opening took a little thought. Probably close now.

Pros: very quiet and the dishes get very clean even on the short cycle. Looks very nice Cons: the 3rd rack makes it very low to the floor so hard on the back. Hard to load glasses and bowls based on the design of the racks--maybe just a learning curve.

Posted .We'd like like to help out with cleaning and drying performance of your unit. We recommend checking to make sure that your inlet water temperature is reaching 120°F at minimum. This will help ensure the detergent and food residue it completely dissolved. It will also help with the drying performance. You will also want to use a high quality detergent for the best results. For boosting the drying performance, you can use a dedicated rinse aid. This will help prevent spots and allow water to sheet off the dishes more easily. Order arrived a day earlier than expected. When I experienced a small problem, it was taken care of immediately and the service person couldn't have been nicer. All in all, I give Best Buy and their employees an A+ rating and I will certainly do business with them in the future.

A bonus is that while it’s in operation, it’s quiet. Overall experience was from selecting, purchasing, delivering and installing dishwasher, has been an easy process. The feedback link in my email did not function. However, the installation of my new dishwasher was a pleasure. There were some challenges under the sink because this house is new to me. But the young man handled everything, documented everything, and even laughed at my jokes. Thanks PSeeger

Easy to load and unload. I like the top rack where I can put little lids to things. There are a lot of washing settings. It takes 2 hours for a full wash, but other than that it’s great. Would not recommend paying for installation because my dad had to redo it.
