Total garbage .. stay away. I waited nearly a month for delivery and install. Unit worked fine for only 3 weeks and then stopped filling with water and completing cycle. Best Buy policy to have GE send tech to repair .. even though it's BRAND NEW!! Now have to wait another 3 weeks for a tech to show up and diagnose. Not worth the headache .. buy something else from another manufacturer.

It does the job, but it feels very cheap compared to the Cafe.

A couple of days after it was installed it started leaking water during one of the cycles. Called a repair person and was told this happens a lot with this model. It had to be replaced with a new one. Sometimes the cascade pods don’t dissolve.

The dishwasher itself is great, but the guy who installed it had to cut off the power cord from the previous dishwasher to install on this one because for some reason this one only had a tiny one or something.

Considering I still don’t have the dishwasher, the initial delivery and installation were arbitrarily cancelled- without notification from anyone then I was told it would take another week and the phone number I was given to contact someone was disconnected, I am most dissatisfied.

This dishwasher does not do nearly as good as a job as my Samsung did.

We attempted to purchase this GE Dishwasher. First time when delivered it came without the proper hardware required to install. The 2nd attempt was installed properly but did not clean properly. After many uses it kept leaving plates and flatware with a film on it. Mind you we clean everything prior to putting in the dishwasher. We use the dishwasher to sanitize. Okay, bad luck on this one. The 3rd one was connected properly but not installed well. Every time we went to close the dishwasher the door would bump against the wall and we had to pull on the wall to close it. And this one didn’t clean properly either. Still a film on everything. And neither would dry properly either. Bottom line don’t buy the GE Dishwasher.

Very noisy since the intaller tested. I didn’t even used because of that. The specifications said 46 noise level, but it sounded like the old dishwashers that you have to leave the house when it was working. I returned.

Never work for me to service call on it still no function. I have returned to store waiting on my refund

Dishwasher definitely washes well. Dry is a different story, third time had on “dry boost 2” still having to towel dry 80% of dishes. Not very happy with the purchase, will definitely try to return.

Stopped working within one month of purchase. Had plumber come by and said it is was incorrectly installed so he fixed it but it still would t work due to a faulty appliance. Do not buy or use Best Buy’s installation crew.

People that you hire for delivery and installation are super irresponsible. My dishwasher was installed improperly, have to be replaced and on top had to pay $50.00 !!! Another dishwasher delivered to another address today Dec. 12. The person stay home the entire day waiting for the delivery. It is incredible that these people dare to say that they went to the apt. And nobody was home. I don't care i don't win anything, hopefully someone in higher rankin will read this

Under 2 years already broken. Has codes flashing all the time

Avoid this dishwasher at all costs. Mine lasted exactly 1 month after the factory warranty, and then it stopped working. So, for $600, you too can have a dishwasher that works for only 13 months. Either purchase and pay for geek squad yearly or find another brand that backs their products for longer than 1 year.

I purchased this because I had one already however I do not think this one is made as well as my previous one which is an older model

I absolutely love this model. With the top rack wash and the very top rack for the bigger knives and other utensils. Cleans amazing and is very quiet

I am not satisfied with this dishwasher. There was a leak from the water inlet. The way this device was built made me curious and I tried to examine it as much as I could. Apparently, it is a device made with a very simple technique and priced at a high level. Companies that are for-profit and have existed for many years cannot save themselves from this trap. The far eastern brand I bought cheaper has an incredible superiority, from cabling to production technique.

I would give a negative rating if I could.. the worst appliance purchase ever.. the rack tires melted within 3 weeks. The process to get a tech was excruciating painful and we are still stuck with faulty appliance. I will never ever be buying another GE appliance again.
