Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave my Dishwasher 3 stars because it does an excellent cleaning of the dishes but what I don't like about it is the controls are on top of machine and i keep hitting controls by mistake should be in front not on top and the controls and not user friendly cannot get them to work .

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! You can lock the controls to prevent selections from being made. You can also lock the controls after you have started a cycle to prevent cycle changes. To lock or unlock the dishwasher control, press and hold the Steam and Dry Boost pads at the same time, for 3 seconds. The Lock Controls light will turn on to indicate the control is locked and will turn off to indicate the control is unlocked. Lauren@GEAppliances

With my old dishwasher, I had to turn up the TV when it was running. With the new one, I have to turn the TV down to hear if it's running. It's an awesome machine!!!

Bad way of conducting business . No in store phone

You can not talk to the store employees by phone. Had one person that was no help at all on the phone ( She said she was in India) Had others that was helpful . It took a month to get it. My husband says Best Buy just lost him as a customer because of customer service. I have had the dishwasher for less than a month but it is working as it should.

I recommend to anyone that doesn't want to spend a ton but still get a very good all around dish washer, this is the one.

A bonus is that while it’s in operation, it’s quiet. Overall experience was from selecting, purchasing, delivering and installing dishwasher, has been an easy process.
