Installer was awesome. We like the dishwasher. Only rate a 4 because it took FOREVER (90 days) to get...kept having to reschedule because product supposedly became unavailable despite being available at time of order (and we had to pay for it when ordered, not when delivered).

This dishwasher cleans well. Best feature - very quiet.

This is a great product. Everything we expected and more. This machine will be used to clean eye glasses that will be shipped to 3rd world countries and also to poorer communities within the USA.

GE dishwasher model was not available in store to actually see what I ordered. Ordered it in late August. Originally scheduled yo be delivered in two weeks… and then delayed for an additional week. Ordered this in slate to matching existing GE kitchen appliances. Can not rate item that hasn’t been received.

Dishes come out looking like new, washer is super quiet

Well, it’s a dishwasher. I wish there was an app to help me read the control panel data while the thing is closed. Without it, you have to open the door if you want to know where you are in the cycle. Everything else is great! Easy install.

It works well so far. Only used once. Plastic items not fully dry, i used the normal dry boost.

Purchase process was really easy. Installation was simple, techs were on time and thorough. The machine is really quiet. All in all a very satisfying experience

It’s fine, seems to do the job and is quiet. My only complaint is no one can tell me where the grinder is located that I paid the extra money for and waited the extra time for.

Works great! Very quite Only complaint is that the bottom dish rack is not adjustable for smaller plates.

I have had very good success in using this dishwasher. I have used the one-hour cycle and have found that the dishes are very clean. no need to use the longer cycles.

So far, so good. It's as quiet as I've ever heard.

The brand is NOT as good as used to be with the heat and water restrictions! Will not buy another one until that is not a regulation! There are other versions being built and marketed that are not so restrictive or that make the customer buy more products to work!

This dishwasher was used to replace an older GE Profile model. Unfortunately, the electrical connection was no longer the same, the water connection was no longer the same, and the discharge hose was no longer the same. The work part of it was that the height of the unit was not the same. It had to be shimmed with 3/4 inch boards since the legs would not extend far enough so the top screw mounts would reach the counter for securing it. This then led to a gap at the toe kick. The units does not seem to be as quiet as it should be either.

WE LOVE OUR NEW GE DISHWASHER! IT CLEANS THE DISHES REALLY GREAT... NO DRIES ON FOOD OR SPOTS LEFT. THIRD RACK IS AWESOME FOR KNIVES AND OTHER UTENSILS.

Even though the cycle takes 2 1/2 hours, the items are not dry even the next morning. Very quiet.

Item never delivered or installed after 1 month and 3 cancelled appointments! I would rate Zero or negative stars to BB Corp management and their 3rd party installations who either cancelled or simply failed to show up with not even a call to say they weren’t coming. Dishwasher ordered and purchased 7/8 with install scheduled on 7/29. Cancelled on 7/29 after making arrangements to prep and be home. Was told next avail date was 8/15. Unacceptable. Emailed my store sales guy who was able to reschedule for 8/1. Received confirmation 7/30 and morning of 8/1. Their 3rd party Installer was a no show. No call. Nothing! Went to store because you cannot talk to anyone who can actually help you by phone. All calls go to their call center. Spoke to sales guy who escalated the issue. Received a call from their escalation team (NOTE: at no point were we EVER contacted by any member of the Best Buy “MANAGEMENT” TEAM OR THEIR THIRD PARTY LEADERSHIP. The only helpful team members were Mason my store sales guy, and Jen from the escalation team. Installation/Delivery rescheduled a THIRD TIME on 8/8 (a Saturday). Confirmation received and also confirmed by my sales guy. Installation cancelled again by phone by their call center due to “unforeseen circumstances”. Enough already. Took my paperwork and we demanded a full refund of everything. Including the BB membership, as we will never make another purchase from BB.

Good dishwasher, but running time too long and drying option is not working as older model used too. 3 racks are very convenient
