Order arrived a day earlier than expected. When I experienced a small problem, it was taken care of immediately and the service person couldn't have been nicer. All in all, I give Best Buy and their employees an A+ rating and I will certainly do business with them in the future.

With my old dishwasher, I had to turn up the TV when it was running. With the new one, I have to turn the TV down to hear if it's running. It's an awesome machine!!!

A bonus is that while it’s in operation, it’s quiet. Overall experience was from selecting, purchasing, delivering and installing dishwasher, has been an easy process. The feedback link in my email did not function. However, the installation of my new dishwasher was a pleasure. There were some challenges under the sink because this house is new to me. Will not buy another one until that is not a regulation! There are other versions being built and marketed that are not so restrictive or that make the customer buy more products to work!

Easy to load and unload. I like the top rack where I can put little lids to things. There are a lot of washing settings. It takes 2 hours for a full wash, but other than that it’s great. Would not recommend paying for installation because my dad had to redo it.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave my Dishwasher 3 stars because it does an excellent cleaning of the dishes but what I don't like about it is the controls are on top of machine and i keep hitting controls by mistake should be in front not on top and the controls and not user friendly cannot get them to work .

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! You can lock the controls to prevent selections from being made. You can also lock the controls after you have started a cycle to prevent cycle changes. To lock or unlock the dishwasher control, press and hold the Steam and Dry Boost pads at the same time, for 3 seconds. The Lock Controls light will turn on to indicate the control is locked and will turn off to indicate the control is unlocked. Lauren@GEAppliances

I prewash everything so I haven't actually tried putting dishes that is stuck or dried on. The plate holders doesn't allow for plates to stand as they fall. Kind of annoying. We had to get something in the lower end. I am happy with this product for the price.
