Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost, it cleans my dishes. It's quiet enough, stainless steel and gets the job done. I will say the door and the racks are noticeably lighter than my previous dryer - - - which was only about 5 years old and a much higher end model from a different brand. That said, it has just enough bells and whistles to be quite suitable to match my needs. Also, I'm a big fan of the upper third rack for things like spatulas, knives and Tupperware lids. I will say the interface isn't necessarily intuitive, and sometimes I feel like I'm just mashing buttons and not getting responses. Some of the controls require you to hold the buttons for three seconds to switch modes, but eventually I got the hang of it. As I said, so far, so good. Would recommend if you're looking for a mid-range dryer that gets the job done.

Dry is a different story, third time had on “dry boost 2” still having to towel dry 80% of dishes. Not very happy with the purchase, will definitely try to return.

Had plumber come by and said it is was incorrectly installed so he fixed it but it still would t work due to a faulty appliance. Do not buy or use Best Buy’s installation crew.

I didn’t even used because of that. The specifications said 46 noise level, but it sounded like the old dishwashers that you have to leave the house when it was working. I returned.

My dishwasher was installed improperly, have to be replaced and on top had to pay $50.00 !!! Another dishwasher delivered to another address today Dec. 12. The person stay home the entire day waiting for the delivery. It is incredible that these people dare to say that they went to the apt. And nobody was home. I don't care i don't win anything, hopefully someone in higher rankin will read this

There are always some dishes that come out with stuff stuck to them. The silverware jets seems like a good idea but are ineffective. Doesn't fit tall items. I could go on. Overall, very dissatisfied.

Initially I thought the delay was only for a few days, but after more than 3 weeks of waiting, we still don't know when our Dishwasher will be delivered! Haven't received any email to update the status since 02/14. The logistic management at bestbuy is ridiculous!

She put the wrong number in the computer and ordered the wrong one when I found out I asked some manager about ordering the one I wanted he said I had to pay the difference which was about 200 dollars which was the same as the same price as the one she ordered at that time 599.99!! So I did NOT get the dishwasher......I did NOT care for the way this was handled so I do NOT plan on ever buying anything from your company again

Mine lasted exactly 1 month after the factory warranty, and then it stopped working. So, for $600, you too can have a dishwasher that works for only 13 months. Either purchase and pay for geek squad yearly or find another brand that backs their products for longer than 1 year.
