I was delighted to find that I could lower the top shelf and make more room for taller items. Bottle washers work great on travel mugs.

Amazingly enough when the replacement units showed up they both started working... also the plastic wheels seem to fall off often. Other than that it works fine I guess.

Not worth the price

First, the runners don't work well, so the drawers don't slide well. It didn't dry at all, and when I called GE for support, they said to run it on the longest setting, add a lot of rinse agent, and to crack it open to fully dry (still didn't really work despite a 4 hour cycle). it also got detergent all over that didn't fully wash out so we had to run multiple cycles.
