It's been mentioned within other reviews as well. Long story short, this machine leaked due to design flaw. It leaked 45 days after install and caused $20,000 in damage. Homeowner's insurance covered most (but now all). Go to reviews and search for LEAKS. You'll see what I'm talking about. DO NOT get this machine.

Installed this unit only to find it leaking from the side of the unit where the waste water line loops on the side of the unit. Because it only leaked when running there was no way to fix the issue. Return it to Best Buy for full refund. Thanks Best Buy!

This over-engineered hunk of junk throws error codes constantly. The 20+ year old Maytag it replaced (due to a kitchen reno) NEVER gave us grief. Wish I had it back at this point.

We first recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). If your unit is less than a year old, you are covered under the warranty for a free service trip. Next, we'd be happy to look into this further if you could message us details on social media such as model/serial numbers, any service confirmation numbers, and include where it's leaking from so we could provide some additional tips.
