Posted .Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the dry performance of your dishwasher. There are a few things you can check to ensure you get the best dry performance possible. Please check and make sure the water entering the dishwasher is between 120 -140 degrees Fahrenheit. You can run the hot water at the sink closest to the dishwasher and check the temperature using a candy or meat thermometer. We recommend using a Rinse Aid like Finish Jet Dry and select Wash Temp and Dry Boost options. Each of these will aid in the removal and evaporation of excess moisture from your dishes. Lousy dish organization

The configuration of the racks limits the number of dishes you can add to the wash. The top rack has a raised rod right down the center so you cannot place small plates in that row. I would not reccommend purchasing this machine
