Had Problems after just One Week

It began beeping and thinking that the door was not latched even though it was securely closed. We discovered that unplugging it and plugging it back in would make it work again for a few days. The only way to get it to work was to unplug it from the power for 10 minutes and plug it back in. Finally got fed up enough to call for a service appointment, and it was over a week until they could come out. Also had a huge water leak suddenly 2 days before the technician came out. Technician arrived and spent 15 minutes only to say that it was a problem with the control board and he would have to order parts. I now have to wait another 9 days for them to come back with parts to fix the problem. He said he couldn't diagnose the water leak until he replaced the control board so depending on what caused that he may have to order parts again. For the price I expected better. Buy something else.

Posted .Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the dry performance of your dishwasher. There are a few things you can check to ensure you get the best dry performance possible. Please check and make sure the water entering the dishwasher is between 120 -140 degrees Fahrenheit. You can run the hot water at the sink closest to the dishwasher and check the temperature using a candy or meat thermometer. We recommend using a Rinse Aid like Finish Jet Dry and select Wash Temp and Dry Boost options. Each of these will aid in the removal and evaporation of excess moisture from your dishes. The configuration of the racks limits the number of dishes you can add to the wash. The top rack has a raised rod right down the center so you cannot place small plates in that row. I would not reccommend purchasing this machine
