Very pleased with my fridge and lot more room fridge and freezer plus my gosh when it makes water or ice water is so clean really good filtered water... Impressive

This refrigerator is very well built and super quiet. It has ample room and keeps everything cold. It just does what it’s supposed to do, as all GE appliances do. Delivery was timely and everything went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this model if you’re in the market for a side by side refrigerator.

I do love my new fridge! I have plenty of room, so happy with the many drawers and shelves. Great ice maker-it started making ice within a couple of hours. Didn't even expect that! It looks great with my stainless steel range and microwave. In my opinion, it isn't loud when it is running. I really like that there is a temperature control on the outside of the fridge, which can be adjusted if needed, and the temperature inside the fridge and freezer can be checked there as well. I could have given it 5 stars except the door handles are not fingerprint resistant. But I have to also say that I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery guys!

So far, this seems to be a good, basic refrigerator/freezer. It is mostly quiet and keeps food at the correct temperature. One of the plastic shelves on the door kept falling out and broke the first day, but I was able to easily get a replacement. Overall, I'm happy with the unit.

I had an older GE fridge from 1993 that finally went out, decided to stick with GE and it’s been a great decision. Nice size, shelves are movable, quite, everything works great.

Purchased this fridge after a part in my 10+ year old Kenmore (which we loved!) gave out, and it just made more sense to take the plunge on a new (and hopefully long-lasting) one. After probably too much research, we decided on this one, and we are happy we did so. We now have more space, better tasting ice and water (the filtered water jug now gets much less use,) pleasant lighting and more features than our previous fridge. It's also easy to keep clean. On to the delivery experience -- although we had a couple of hiccups with actually getting the fridge in place (first one had a few dents, etc.) Best Buy didn't disappoint in resolving. The delivery and Customer Service teams we worked with were very professional and made sure the end result was a very positive experience. Finally... we did purchase the 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. For $50/year, it just made sense... yeah, we may never use it, however one issue will probably cost more to fix than the entire plan.

Excellent refrigerator! I’ve had for a little over a year now. My prior refrigerator stopped working out of nowhere. Had to throw away so much food. My family and I recovered with this new refrigerator. This is a brand I trust and look forward to having for years to come. Lots of space and has everything I need in terms of function and space.

Nice look and built well. The water taste fresh and clean. The ice is perfectly shaped. The storage is well divided among many shelves. The lighting is perfect. It's quiet and the front doors close with a suction sound. So far I am so happy I bought this model from GE. Now I am gonna by a new GE oven.

Refrigerator has nice lines and looks more expensive than the price. Keeps sensitive items cold without freezing them on the refrigerator side. Freezer is spacious with plenty of shelf space making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Nice refrigerator and it works well. No complaints about the unit itself. Installers were rude, stole 2 pound package of Havarti cheese and a pound of sliced salami (in their defense it was almost lunch time), did not level the refrigerator, did not install any shelves or accessories, broke a large flower pot in the outside walkway. I would recommend hiring a different installation company. I especially like the number door and shelf spacing options that appear to be unavailable on other brands. I like the option to add cubed ice since I do not have a water line hookup available.

We recently bought our home with an old (dying) apartment sized fridge. Its a smaller area with cabinets all around it, as well as a hallway. We had very specific dimensions to work with. Its perfect! And we have more fridge and freezer space than we need! And the convenience of a water and ice maker is a huge bonus!

Bought the fridge over a year ago and still working great! For people like me who like to do meal prep and freeze meals ahead of time, there is ample space for food storage in the freezer side of the fridge, far more than conventional fridges. I love how the lower shelves of the standard fridge are all drawers, for better access to the back of the shelf and less interesting for curious kitties whenever I open the door.

I love this fridge. My last one started leaking, it was also a GE, and rather than mess with repairs since I did plan to replace it eventually, I went ahead and ordered the closest thing to my specs that could be delivered immediately. Although I paid a little more than I wanted to because I didn't have time to do research or look for sales, I am beyond thrilled with this purchase. It's smaller capacity than my last one in terms of cubic feet, but the way it's laid out makes it seem a lot bigger. There are multiple lights inside so everything is easy to see and very accessible. I'm so happy with this refrigerator. It looks really beautiful in my kitchen as well. The only negative was with installation. This refrigerator does not have the little feet that turn. You need an actual drill to level it. That's kind of intimidating, but since the installation guys to care of it for me, it wasn't a big deal. I just want to mention it because they were really struggling with getting it level!

I like the ice and water dispenser. The ice maker doesn't jam up like my previous LG. But I did like the door in the door effect from my LG; this GE model doesn't have that. The refrigerator portion seems to hold our contents just fine, though. The freezer is smaller than my old LG but it will suffice. But the LG didn't even last 6 years so I'm hoping for reliability and longevity with the GE.

It’s no more loud than any other refrigerator- the doors actually close properly as compared to my 10 month old Whirlpool french door fridge that our builder installed in thr spec home we bought last year. That fridge shot out ice cubes as if they were going to be launched into space. Ice chips EVERYWHERE, but mostly on my floor & not in our cups! Not this GE side-by-side. Having the rounded plastic cover at the dispenser level, completely prevents that issue from being a regular problem.

Closest thing you can find to the Profile version. Honestly, even the inside look identical. I asked the sales person what’s the difference, and they told me the Profile gas better stainless and materials, but otherwise same fridge. Now, 2 days after install, it started leaking through the water dispenser. I scheduled a GE service, but after 2 more days before my appointment it stopped leaking so I cancelled the appointment. Now after 10 days, it started leaking again, so another service call. This time I won’t cancel whatever happens. The inside of the fridge and freezer side is amazing. Lots of space and LED lighting. It sticks out about 4-5 inches from my counter, but considering how much room I get in return it’s worth it. The ice bucket took a little more than 5 full days (60 hours) to get full, and during that time, fridge makes a lot of noises. Overall, it’s a good fridge, but GE needs to pay more attention to quality control.

We started off with a side-by-side from a main competitor with GE and returned the refrigerator after 2 weeks. Horrible design and VERY noisy. This one is so well thought out and designed, and super impressed with how quiet it runs - amazingly quiet compared with our old refrigerator or the new one we returned. The doors close and seal nicely but you don't have to play tug-of-war trying to open them. The ice maker and water dispenser are fantastic and the temperature buttons are super easy to set. Bottom line - we couldn't be happier with this purchase :)

Purchased the GE fridge in August 2025 and in May 2026 the refrigerator has stopped working. BB only had service to come out 4 days later and they said it appears to be a mother board issue, has to order the part only for it to be almost 2 weeks before someone can come back out. When the part is replaced if it doesnt fix the problem they can put in for us to get a new fridge but doesnt know how long that will take. This entire experience is insane. If an appliance goes out in less than a year it should be REPLACED! Something is clearly wrong with it.

Very nice refrigerator overall. Love how it looks inside and out and really enjoy the water and ice dispensers. It is nice having bright lights in both the fridge and freezer areas so you can see everything. The door alarm to alert you when it is open can be a little annoying when you are trying to put groceries away but not a huge problem. I don’t know if it is because it is still pretty new but the drawers tend to stick and are sometimes hard to open and close. The filter indicator on the front of the fridge will be really handy to let us know when to change it. It doesn’t have some of the fancy new features that a lot of the new refrigerators have but that is one reason we chose this one to be honest. Solid refrigerator for the price.

The refrigerator came today, replacing another GE that had given up. It was a bit taller than the one it replaced, which surprised me. It has a number of neat features, such as LED lighting, which I like, and a door alarm, which can be useful, but I disabled it for the time being. It cooled down quickly and I'm in the process of "moving in". To say it's spacious would be an understatement! The extra-wide door bins are convenient for juices and milk and other frequently used items, making more room on the shelves, and without sacrificing space. The water filter is inside and easily accessible, not something you'd have to go around back for. And as the water line on the fridge was ALREADY filtered, I'm getting double filtered water!
