Delivery: Went ok, the delivery was on time, but I had to wash all the shelves and bins and then install them myself. The Product: Roomy, easy to organize, easy to keep clean. The fingerprint resistant is just that, you still have to keep it clean. It is a little bit louder running than my previous product, but certainly ok.

And the worst part is, even though i bought the geek squad insurance the first year is directly covered through GE and Best Buy is of no use. So every time it breaks i have to wait 10 days to schedule a 3rd party repair through GE and then another week and a half to get the part that needs to be replaced. Two months have passed and it is Broken again! And since it is in the first year i still have to go through GE and have another 3rd party repair person check it out before they can deem it unfixable or tell me to wait another two weeks for whatever part they find broken. Lousy refrigerator too, feels cheap when its opened, makes weird noises, and never really feels like it is that cold.

Posted .We can understand how upsetting it can be when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. This is a really nice model that offers 25.1 cubic ft. with 16.23 cubic ft. in the fresh food section and 8.91 cubic ft. in the freezer section. We recommend getting some organizers that can keep things a little more organized so you can see the items better. It is our hope the more you use your refrigerator the more you will like it.

Was not impressed with the ice production at first, but read thru the troubleshooting and lowered the freezer temperature. Very pleased now. So nice to open the freezer door and not have ice falling out when you grab something! (one of the main reasons we wanted a new one).
