After 14 months the door alarm/refrigerator door switch went out and the alarm would not stop beeping loudly without unplugging the fridge and there is no way to override it. It beeps l24/7 thus we have to leave it unplugged. Have a Best Buy service plan but they can't come out for almost 2 weeks. Going to buy a replacement fridge from Lowes and never purchase another GE or appliance from Best Buy.

So loud! When we got it it was Great for the first week then it got loud and it stayed loud.

It has plenty of room in both the freezer and refrigerator. Shelves are well set up and there is lots of room and height in the doors. The ice maker is fast and productive.

I'm very satisfied with this appliance. It's exactly the refrigerator that I was looking for.

Due to the location of the water filter, the top shelf uses way too much space which leaves less space for the other shelves. The door has very nice large bins, but they come at the cost of the interior which is more important. It feels like it can hardly fit anything. Most annoying, the new XWFE water filter. This is identical to the XWF. The only difference is that they added an RFID chip to it. So now you cannot get aftermarket filters for $10-$20, you must get the $50 name brand.

This was the worst purchase!! One star is too much praise. The refrigerator rolled when you opened the door. There were no”feet”. We were not told about this when making the purchase. The refrigerator was delivered in a non functioning state. It was warmer inside the refrigerator than inside my house! The freezer did not work. It stayed at 55 degrees!! We set it to 0 and it never got cold! The worst experience with an appliance!!

If it was not as noisy it would be better, but it is making the same noise that our other one make before it stopped working. So if it stops working we will not be back at your store.

Had it now for over a month and the dispensed water isn't very clean. It looks cloudy.

Great refrigerator. Door closes easily. It’s very quiet. Makes ice quickly.

Not a bad fridge, but there is a chip in the water filter that forces you to buy the expensive ge replacement filters instead of affordable off brand replacements. Which adds quite a bit to cost of owning. Very annoyed, I won’t purchase ge fridge again.

Well designed and very functional. Looks great and easy to wipe down.

Good value and works well. Water dispenser is poorly designed, difficult to get a glass of water without dripping water down the front.

Gave this unit two chances to be adjusted. It was frosting up very badly on the refrigerator side with icing and water condensation onto the top glass shelf. This was caused by a loose door seal. The left door (freezer) side closed firmly but the right side (frige) opened with very little force indicating a poor seal. Upon inspection of the rubber seal as viewed from top-down, it was apparent. A replacement unit was shipped but the unit had a similar seal asymmetry. Returned unit for an LG brand.

Freezer and refrigerator temperatures are controlled separately.

Love it -it’s a must buy and spacious It was worth the wait. We’re loving the space and the filtered system is a good investment.

so far I have received 2 of them. The first quit working so the store sent out a new one. It is not workin g properly. Geek S came out the day after installation and had to order a new part. So now 4 days after delivery of the second one its sitting out in the middle of my kitchen still not workin g right and then when the part arrives I have to call and set up an appointment to have them back out and try to fix it.

Very affordable for the quality and size of unit fits our families needs perfectly
