I am now waiting for my THIRD replacement fridge. Both previous delivery guys tell me that the replacement fridges were damaged and recommended that I exchange the shelf instead of the fridge. Now I am waiting for another delivery with no detail. Not the best buy n’cest pas??? As my nanny used to tell me in Spanish, God bless those people who don’t make me waste my time.

This is very poor service due to it had to fit in a confined space and if it was the measurement per web site it could have.

Now the freezer is not working. Repair guy diagnosed a freon leak. Evidently these are not cost effective to fix so I'm now out of warranty and prob need to buy a new one.

Best Buy contacted me the day after I sold my fridge and said they dont have my Fridge. Then I was forced to purchase an available fridge. absolute horrible customer service, particularly since i purchased 6 appliances.

The ice maker spewed ice all over even when cube feature was selected. I'm unsure if the ice machine was faulty or ice dispense opening was too narrow spewing ice outwards with force. I had to return this refrigerator as it seem to be falling apart 3 days into delivery.

Poor customer service

Now have to wait 2 weeks for GE to come fix it. Best Buy had always been great with these things until this for me. Guess I will go without a working fridge for another 2 weeks
