I love my new refrigerator! The compressor in my refrigerator quit working, I ordered one from another store (not Best Buy). I went in on a Tuesday and was told that it would have to be ordered and should be in the following Tuesday. When i called on Wednesday to see if it had come in, i was told that it would be September before it would be in due to a manufacturing shortage. I then went to Best Buy and had the nicest salesperson and ordered a refrigerator which was delivered the same weekend!!! The delivery guys were A+ in customer service. I would recommend Best Buy and will be purchasing from them again.

I paid for full installation. Installer refused to connect water line.

Great design on fridge. I am a fan of split doors as opposed to a lower drawer. Has great storage.

I would give 4.5/ 5 stars if i could. This fridge is pretty good and has plenty of space. Installation is really easy plug in and if you want it to dispense water just buy a hose from best buy and screw it on. Very simple. No issues with this fridge whatsoever.

This refrigerator is just excellent. One of the best buys I have seen in its price range.The product is well made and should last for many years. My complete search was stopped once I found this machine. I will by this brand again. I advise everyone to take a look. .

Got this on sale and love it. My wife wanted to go back to a side by side instead of freezer in bottom. Holds as much as my old one.

This refrigerator is just what I was looking for! Love the side by side and shelving this unit offers. Plenty of space in the fridge! In store purchase was very satisfactory and delivery was great too! Looked at several and happy I decided on this one.

I recommend this refrigerator. Very comfortable. I love it.

Like all the features and seems to work ok but it’s very noisy. Always makes popping noises. The fan also makes a loud humming noise but not every time it’s on. Not sure what causes it to be so loud at times. One of the led lights went out in the freezer about 3 months after purchase. I feel like it may not have a long life like my previous fridge that I had for 20+ years.

Love the refrigerator/freezer! Ice/water dispenser does not accommodate an insulated cup unless you remove tray and that is still not great. Additionally, to get a lot of ice out (as to fill a cooler, you need to remove the tray as you can't get a scoop in there.

Inside of fridge holds a good amount of items, the shelving can not move up or down so it is hard to fit taller items on the shelf (I had to lay taller bottles on their side). Had Best Buy deliver and install fridge - my doors are uneven, handles are not at same level. Also my floors are a bit uneven and there is no way to raise/lower wheels so I have to put something under the left side of fridge to level. Also my kitchen has tile floors and the fridge slides all over the place. There is no option to lock the wheels - will have to find small door stop or rubber mat to stop it from moving every time I open the fridge door.

I purchased this refrigerator in July because of the quick delivery..paid for the geek squad delivery, installation and haul away. When the "geek squad" delivery specialists arrived, they had no tools and were not familiar with anything regarding the refrigerator. They used my allen wrenches to try and remove a door handle so it would fit in the house but it was not an allen wrench, it was a star bit!! then they got an electric gun and removed the handles only to ell me that one of the handle nuts was not delivered. They called their support rep who told them to tell me to just reject the order or take it as is and wait a week for someone to do something..when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said NOPE that is the only answer you ger at which point the delivery technician ended the call!! I was furious and they simply ignored me blaming whoever assembled the handles. As I went to put my tools away (thet they used) I found the missing nut in my Wrench case!! It was there all along and they lied!! but when I tried to reassemble the handle , the nut would not work because the power tool they used to remove the handle STRIPPED the fitting making a simple delivery and installation a nightmare!! The geek squad delivery teams of the past were so professional and efficient..Best Buy has gone down hill and not even a refund for the delivery nightmare..I am don with them
