Nice refrigerator, Not too big

The only complaints I have is that the ice maker sounds like gun shots and the wheels don' t lock. On the plus side, the price was great and it isn't difficult to use.

I am not happy with this refrigerator because it drips ~95 % when I fill up my glass and others. Yes, because of my request 3 technicians came to my house and checked my refrigerator and all 3 of them told me, this is very normal, we can't do anything about it. I told them what you told me is not acceptable, because before this refrigerator I had another same kind of GE refrigerator ('Profile' model) and this situation never happen. I told them I think this is design and/or engineering mistake'. So, if for most of the time you don't mind always to drying up 1-2 drops of water with a kitchen towel all the time, buy this unit, otherwise do not buy it! Period!

We are still extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service from Geek Squad and the fact that we had to install the appliance ourselves due to their lack of skill and that is not something easy to forget. We will definitely think twice about purchasing an appliance from Best Buy unless we are able to install it ourselves.

Also I like the alarm that lets you know that the door was left open.

However, careful when you empty the ice bin for the 1st time. It was FULL and ice went everywhere! Best to use a container to empty some through the hopper.

Difficult to find proper water filters.. Have bought NUMEROUS GE filters that have NOT WORKED because their sensors don't line up so fridge can read there has been installation. A much cheaper construction than previous refrigerators.

They're charging $50 EACH for the filters, which they recommend replacing every 6 months, and the fridge will not dispense water if the chip isn't present or doesn't very that the filter is OEM. Identical filters without the chip are about $10 each. If you buy this fridge, you'd better also factor in recurring expenses that are 5x higher than they should be for the life of the fridge.
